Payment

All items will come with a receipt and inclusive of VAT at the uk standard rate of 17.5%

Payment from UK Buyers for there purchase can be made via credit debit card over the phone 08453952013 or cheque, postal order or paypal.
Payment from EU bidders can be made by bank transfer money order with a small surcharge of 2% of final price debit credit card over the phone and we can also accept paypal.

Delivery

UK Buyers

All uk deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class items of under £36.00 there is an option to upgrade to Recorded Delivery and special delivery for an additional fee . Bigger items are sent by our approved parcel carrier. Some items may require customers signature. Please note we will only ship to the cardholders address.
Please be aware any items were the mail/delivery company are unable to deliver due to no access and are returned to Gameswop all return postage will be the buyers responsibilty

Oversea's Buyers
Items under £36.00 are sent by Royal Airmail  Please note we will not ship items to other countries only to the cardholders address and a contact telephone number must be provided with your order Please be aware any items were the mail/delivery company are unable to deliver due to no access and are returned to Gameswop all return postage will be the buyers responsibilty


Returns policy

In the event that your item is faulty or broken when goods are received, please notify us by email to sales@retrotoys2004.com with 48 hours of receipt. If you can advise the date of purchase and what the fault is with the item. Gameswop will then contact you with instructions on how to return the goods. Please note we will not be able to refund postage in a case were the item is found to be a manufacturer fault.


Goods returned for any other reason ( eg wrong goods ordered or Model not liked by the customer ) must be received in new and unused condition and sent by a secure postage method. In order to return goods you must email Gameswop within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. Goods returned by this method shall not have their  Postage refunded ie there will be a standard postage fee/restocking fee of £3.00 for Uk Software & £10.00 for hardware deducted from the original amount. A refund for the value of the item shall be given  minus postage incurred as explained.
If items are recieved damaged in transit the buyer must sign for goods recieved damaged so a claim can be pursued failure may result in any claim being forfitted by the mail company please note any damaged items are returned at the buyers exspense

Lost Delayed Packages UK Mail :

In the event an item is delayed lost we would like to point out we will not be able to take any action until 15 business days  for UK Mail  Business days being Monday to Friday The royal mail do not consider an item lost until this period. When that period is up we would ask our customer to confirm by email that they have not recieved there item as this will form evidence to the Royal Mail for a lost package please note this applies to all our sales when selling on third party platforms. When we recieve an email we will issue a refund replacement at the customer request

Please note we can not be held responsible for any change in description by the manufacturer supplier before release of any product we advertise as per manufactuturer supplier description. Please note if there is any changes ie size colour items we will supply as released by the manufacture. Please note we strongly advise you take note of this before going ahead with your purchase. Any changes after release will be updated on our listing
